Three days, you have to use them for months, I listened them for a month, but I experienced some anxiety, I think I have some energy blockages that prevent subliminals on working on me, I have to cleanse my chakras.

At least for balding you can take fin and minox. If you're short it's pretty much over. Your only hope is spending 50k euros for a surgeon to break your legs and give you an extra couple centimeters of height while you're away in a country where you don't speak the local language for 5 months, doing nothing but intense physical therapy.

I think I have a mental block or something, like I feel small, but to actually grow you have to absolutely convince yourself you are tall and really believe in this.
