If you have a oneitis your brain is still in cuck territory. Back when I was bluepilled I had a oneitis. Biggest mess I ever got myself into. It only causes more suffering the more you think about them, just stop looking at their pictures or doing anything like that. It takes a long time but eventually you stop thinking about it and it is better to do that than jack off to her every day and think about her for years and years
