Damn I'm lobstermaxxing like crazy, never been so red in my whole life jfl. It literally feels like I shitted in my pants, because there is a strange warm feeling on my ass. Funny experience but my skin looks really bad now, will update on it after the flash has ended.

I thought the whole point of niacin flush was the red colouring to make you look good?!?!?!

Short-term increase of HGH, reverse sun damage, increase collagen production, better overall skin condition and healthy hair growth.

I mainly do it for the benefits mentioned above and I expect my skin to look better after the flash has ended.

It is always better to try something than to condemn it in advance. Since I have some skin problems anyway, it definitely can't hurt.

I can tell you what I found out from my research:

A dose of 500mg every other day is almost risk-free and has all the above mentioned benefits, but the increase in cholesterol is not as pronounced at 500mg. In order to increase the cholesterol level significantly, it would take 1500-2000mg per day, but this involves many risks (liver damage, dizziness, etc.) and should not be done without a medical professional.
Niacin should also be taken on an empty stomach.
 
I used to take it at night to increase HDL on roids but gave up. I buy everything in powder form. One time I mixed my l-citruline and niacin bags... Took a big tea spoon full of niacin which was over 5g of that shit. I flushed so bad my skin hurt and I was on my way to the gym.

Nice bro, just make sure you get niacin as nicotinic acid and not a flush free version.

Update (@EternalLearner, @Yuyevon) :

My skin looks really good now, my hyperpigmentation is less visible and my complexion has also become more balanced and slightly darker. Would definitely recommend taking some niacin 2 hours before a party or you go out.
