So niacin causes something called a niacin flush.
A niacin flush is a temporary reaction that can happen after taking nicotinic acid (niacin),small blood vessels (capillaries) dilate, causing a sudden rush of blood to the skin's surface.
50-70mg on a empty stomach should be enough to experience it.(100-300 is considered safe by chatgpt but not by Google,Google says 100mg is safe tho)
The effects will start 15-30mins after taking it and itll last 30-90mins and it peaks around the first 30-60mins.
Some common side effects are:
redness(what we want),warmth,
tingling, itching.
Has anybody tried this?
