Niacinamide serum and side effects

I've heard some reviews that Niacinamide serums can cause break outs on some, and it's not even rare. What is your experience with this and do you advise using niacinamide and hyaluronic acid at the same time or combined with vitamin c ?

I keep hearing mixed reviews on serums, some say more is less some vouch for applying it regular, what's your take on it?

Also, which brands do you suggest?

I have been using it from the ordinary, hyaluronic acid and niacinamide+zinc both from the ordinary and 1000mg of vitamin c daily. Never had breakouts from these. Also not sure if i've had any positive effects from these particularly since i'm on 3 IU of GH and 2mg of GHK-Cu, but i will continue using them because they are cheap.
Only thing that i've really noticed, is azelacid acid, might be spelling that wrong. It reduces redness really effectively for me, i'll turn into rudolph the reindeer if i don't use it.
