smashing / hitting my chin doesnt cause huge amounts of swelling anymore.
I mean, yeah. It gets swollen or whatever but not as much as I'd like.
Ive discovered that when I refrain from smashing / hitting my chin, and i just press on it with extreme force until it really hurts, the swelling increases so flipping much.
Im seeing good signs, the lump in my chin hasn't gone away. I'm actively trying to maintain it and this new discovery is making it so much more easier.
