Cleared my skin up like crazy the first few weeks. Then on month 2 i started breaking out.
By month 3 acne started clearing again

Not washed my hair with anything except from water for 3 years and my hair is perfectly ungreasy

I have the same side effect on finasteride. Turns out its like a 20% side effect that you dont have to use shampoo anymore because my scalp stops producing the oil. My skin also got better but its nice tbh I only wash my hair with conditioner

I do have more dandruff. But its not visible, so

If you dont have acne on your face already, you'll probably be fine.

Idk if bacne is worth using accutane over though

There’s supposed to be a very short period of your scalps natural oils readjusting to not being washed away all the time

Your scalp overproduces oil because you keep periodically washing it away, there’s a balance it reaches 1-2 weeks after stopping using shampoo.

I still rinse my hair with water, it’s less intense and doesn’t damage your hair

Slowly ween yourself off it then, just gradually use less at larger intervals

Dunno how long my hair has left atp. Hopefully pp 405 is the savior
