I feel the same way. My hobbies/interests are fitness and philosophy, but there is no niche for that. I'm 5'5 and look "cute", so even though I can shave my head and get tattoos and a beard and MMA-max, it won't look right on me due to my "cute" looks. Over for me tbh

My main issue is, I don't really talk to girls in social settings as much. I only really talk to them in bars and nightclubs - which are superficial places. I had a job teaching kids in a private tuition place and one of the girls (a co-worker of mine not a kid LOL) had a thing for me - she was a pajeet who was taller than me lol.
I do think most girls if they can look past my height, would be willing to date me. I've always been asked for 2nd dates and shit, so clearly the few girls who have dated me seemed to enjoy my company a lot.

Tbh it's the lack of socialisation for me with girls which fucks me over more than anything. In my personal experience, the few female friends I had, at least one was interested in me. Atm I don't know many girls. When I used to hang out with more girls before, at least one girl was interested in me. Either a friend or friend of friend, but 1 girl would always like me. Usually because I was funny and fairly friendly to most people.
No girls have ever cared for my philosophical rantings or my passion in fighting or fitness tbh. Truth is no girl will wet her trousers if you started discussing nietzsche or some other stupid topic. At most girls will sort of respect/admire you more which I guess makes you more dateable. But making girls laugh and feel somewhat special will make them like you.

Yeah honestly bro artistic angle for you will work if you are legit like artistic (I sort of assumed you are since you're dancing and learning languages), I struggle with showing the niche with style too tbh. You might inspiration if you hang out with people who are in that circle more often, you might notice patterns. For me for example after I hung out with MMA people, I noticed having very short hair and having tattoos was typically the way fighters dressed/presented themselves.
