Is there a surgery to shorten my medial canthus? It’s a little too long and affects my icd, as my icd is only my pfl length apart bc of it

Does it actually make you look bad though? ICD only matter because it's an indication that your eyes are too close together, like your actual eyes. If your eyes aren't any closer together but your ICD is smaller due to some anatomical anomaly then ICD might not matter.

Yeah my ipd is 65mm and my esr is pretty much 46%, it’s just my icd that is narrower
