i just ran out of my 43 mg per pouch snus, i used to do 5-7 of them a day so thats approximately 250 mg of nicotine in my body a day.
Its been like 2 hours since my last pouch, im starting to tweak.
The longest ive made it with no nicotine is like 17 hours.
i cant buy a new can of snus, the shops are closed for august so i need to wait till september

You start small and build your way up. Above 50mg it’s not a real enjoyment though.

i never had to go on without nicotine, now that i have no choice and no way of getting a can its getting to me
i always thought i just pop a snus here and there to relax

Yeah that’s brutal ngl. Especially strong snus like pablo are highly addictive and i get severe withdrawal symptoms when i run out. It’s worse than cigs
