White pouches here.. nicotine gives me quality of life and combats symptoms of excessive daytime sleepiness it is too useful to not use. Its short half-life makes it good late in evening or at night too especially when driving without ruining my sleep. Sometimes I have even slept with a pouch in my mouth hahaha... I put mine under the tongue btw.
