Nicotine is such a cope neutropic and this is somebody's wrote a 30 page essay on.
I mean It's great if you're hitting a wall at three AM when it's too late to caffeinate and you need a little bump.
The problem is your receptors sensitivity is desensitized so freaking quick. Dude.
I think it's only use case is using it as a tool to condition yourself to like an activity that you don't like.
Nobody that I've met that's been able to use it as an antidote.
Because they inevitably overuse it and then its benefits dissipate.
All this done for me is like, take my heart rate variability
