Used to vape from like 12-15 then started snus to quit vaping for lung health and did that for about 4-5 months. im pushing a month no nicotine because of this (and i dont know if its true please educate me): Nicotine restricts blood flow, this in turn slows blood flow to growth plates, meaning it reduces nutrients to the plates and can ultimately “knock a few cm off” of your height. Thats what ive been told and heard and seen but i want to know if that theory is true or not?

A personal anecdote though, i am tanner stage 4.4 at 16 from the tanner calculator website and im 5’8 so i think its safe to say its wraps. In MY situation would you just start using nicotine (specifically snus) again?

In mice studies yes. Not enough human studies to conclude this is also true for human growth. If you like the feel of snus and are aware of the side effects or need the appetite reduction then yeah go for it otherwise no point
