The Mechanism

When you use a dopamine reuptake inhibitor (like methylphenidate) or a dopamine releaser + reuptake inhibitor (like amphetamines), dopamine sticks around in the synapse longer before being cleared. So when nicotine comes in and triggers its own dopamine release via nicotinic acetylcholine receptors in the reward pathway, that released dopamine is also subject to the slower clearance.

The result: the dopamine signal from nicotine is amplified and prolonged. 🤩

Why stack instead of up amph dose? (this is a question I had)

Adding nicotine to a moderate stimulant dose can produce a subjectively more intense effect than just increasing the stimulant dose alone—partly because you're hitting the system through two different mechanisms (direct release/reuptake inhibition + nicotinic receptor-mediated release). The combination can feel synergistic rather than just additive.

Formulation+my experience
- Ive used this stack many times and it never disappoints. This is a somewhat individual thing but you need to have your own motivation to start the task you're trying to do. It's very easy to get locked in on the wrong thing, but once you successfully start the task you need to do you'll be locked.
- I use dextroamphetamine over adderall because its stronger and less side effects, and over Ritalin/methyphenidate because the dopamine release from amph is just far superior (methylphenidate still works tho). I use instant release so I can control when I want to take it, whether or not you use IR or XR is up to personal preference.
- For nicotine, form of consumption is up to you. I use and recommend nicotine pouches/zyns. Vaping def works but is the worst way to get it.
Safety considerations
- This stack is cardiovascular stressing, why you shouldn't abuse this stack
- However, the most prominent stressor is the vasoconstriction which can be significant reduced with Amino Tadalafil(Cialis) that causes vasodilation
- This doesn't take into account the other stressors, but they are not as significant as vasoconstriction and honestly I wouldn't worry about them unless you have some sort of heart condition
