Nicotine reduces appetite and metabolism; it doesn't matter how you take it (vaping, smoking, pouches, patches, gum). You can literally skip meals easily with nicotine. Hunger disappears completely at times; still try to get in your calories, as you need those to live. Personally, I cut ten pounds in less than a month on pouches (first time doing nicotine). Just make sure to know when to stop. If you're worried about getting addicted, then stick to pouches, as they do not have the repetitive hand-to-mouth action and are not as flavorful as vaping. Vaping and cigarettes are also suboptimal for cardio, as they will shrink lung capacity drastically due to the inhalation of smoke/vapor. Cigs are not great for your smell and can drastically change how women see you (especially in North America). Cigarettes in general need to be accompanied by a certain aesthetic. Vaping, on the other hand, makes you look like a faggot who sucks on a piece of plastic.

Sex: Nicotine will make you more focused in bed.

Cons: Can be addictive if used for months or years at a time. Nicotine is a vasoconstrictor, so make sure to keep up with your cardio, especially if consumed via vape or cigarette.

Tips: Use briefly for cutting and more energy. DO NOT RELY ON IT.

if you dont smoking 20 cigars per week you probably going to have headaches nd shi for 3 hours even you only make it stand for 5 minutes in your mouth

Used this for cutting helped alot. Just getting sober was pretty hard

Black coffee is a better alternative. Or do both. Personally I don't want to run the risk of developing a nicotine addiction.

do reta, with nic you will get so addicted you dont even know, it may be good for cut short term, but long term its huge looksmin + youll be unable to quit- especially if you get to higher mgs like 30+
