Nicotine reduces appetite and metabolism; it doesn't matter how you take it (vaping, smoking, pouches, patches, gum). You can literally skip meals easily with nicotine. Hunger disappears completely at times; still try to get in your calories, as you need those to live. Personally, I cut ten pounds in less than a month on pouches (first time doing nicotine). Just make sure to know when to stop. If you're worried about getting addicted, then stick to pouches, as they do not have the repetitive hand-to-mouth action and are not as flavorful as vaping. Vaping and cigarettes are also suboptimal for cardio, as they will shrink lung capacity drastically due to the inhalation of smoke/vapor. Cigs are not great for your smell and can drastically change how women see you (especially in North America). Cigarettes in general need to be accompanied by a certain aesthetic. Vaping, on the other hand, makes you look like a faggot who sucks on a piece of plastic.
Stick to nicotine pouches, preferably 8 mg or over. When starting to do pouches, place it in your lip for 1-5 minutes; if you feel nauseous, then remove it because you will get nic sick and vomit. Other pros of nicotine consumption are 1. Charisma: less social awkwardness and heightened attention 2. Focus: makes you lock the fuck in on whatever you are doing, literally saved my ass when doing essays for school 3. Neuroplasticity: if you have trouble making information stick in your head due to a low attention span, then nicotine will usually help you retain information 4. Energy: If you have trouble staying awake early in the morning, nicotine will make you instantly more energetic. pair this with a coffee or another source of caffeine and your 4 hours of sleep will be sufficient (dont spam for long periods of time as you require sleep) 5. Sex: Nicotine will make you more focused in bed.
Cons: Can be addictive if used for months or years at a time. Nicotine is a vasoconstrictor, so make sure to keep up with your cardio, especially if consumed via vape or cigarette.
