I can't tell if I like or hate the buzz it took a while to get used to for sure

it makes me a bit lightheaded and ramps up my blood pressure a bit, mildly invigorated but also slightly nauseous

Around 2 2 mg gums to feel the effect

Not sure if it's worth using. It disrupts my calm state into slightly panicky mode
