Yes, I personally haven't tried cigs but I think it should be cuz a cigarette usually has lower amounts of nicotine plus the effect is immediate, you'll have to take a new cig to get the buzz, whereas for a pouch, just put it behind your lip and you're high for atleast the first 5 minutes

Thyroxine is a kind of hormone replacement when you are blessed with a shitty thyroid. Don't take it if you don't have hypothyroidism or any such issue imo.
