I’ve been chiefing for like a year and a half almost and zyns occasionally
I went to europe like a week ago i’m leaving tomorrow i don’t really feel like i need to smoke
if i wasn’t scared of bringing my shit through tsa and stuff (i went to many diff cities so its good that i didnt) i would obv hit it but i dont feel like i need to
so if ur tryna quit just throw it out, works better if ur a minor since u cant go buy a new one unless u live close to ur cities shops that sell

Some people get more addicted than others. You really are one of the "i can quit if I want to" type of people. I am the same there like I like it but ive done month or two detoxes or just stopped when the seasons change bc my throat hurt from allergies so I would js stop

i smoke a pack once a year for a month and i stop lol idk why , never felt addicted to nicotine , i only use the cigarette for the halo effect outside , same thing also with weed , has no effect on me and no dependency whatsoever , the only thing i seem to enjoy is alcohol but its horrible for health and looks , good for lowering inhibition tho sometimes it is much needed

I agree, I found nicotine easier to quit than caffeine.
I quit it for a month simply because I was saving up for peptides and I didn't feel the urge to do it much at all.

caffeine for me isn’t addictive at all it has no affect on me anyway i dont feel energized i only feel the crash i might just be nd but i doubt it

Well I mean it isnt fucking meth or heroine. But it is still addictive. Its addictive bc it isnt very noticeable and its a stimulant. And trying to quit gives some people headaches and anxiety. Trying to quit coke and heroine and hard core drugs can literally kill you so yes in comparison it isn't very addictive

gooning is the most addictive imo out of weed nicotine caffeine

Definitely, I've tried all three and gooning is definitely the hardest to give up and I think it's because it's a necessity for your body (ex - food, sleep) especially when you have high testosterone.

Ye def fear mongering with that lol. I could be wrong but I thought coke has you feining and like headaches and immense pain. I know people addicted to nicotine and they js get bad headaches and sometimes anxiety but I feel like alot of it is placebo
