For context I've been using nicotine for 2 years now, before that I used to have crazy libido and erections but after I started smoking it slowly killed both my erection quality and my libido

I suspect it has to do with nicotine interacting with Sex hormone binding globulin (SSBG), vasoconstriction and dopamine blunting

I've been thinking about quitting it recently because I don't think the positives outweigh the negatives anymore, positives being: ( Nicotine is a potent aromatase inhibitor meaning it blocks estrogen, reduces food cravings and in some studies is shown to boost total test levels ) but the negatives are much more severe since it makes you lose sexual function and libido

Share your experiences if you ever quit and how it benefited you

I've been using nicotine on/off for about 3 years, this last year I've been using it almost daily but not experiencing this. Still wake up with morning wood and have a normal libido. I think the method of consumption matters a lot as well, if you're smoking it, you'll probably experience a lot more negative sides.

Yea I smoke if I use zyns of other nic products I just can't feel nicotine anymore you prob use zyns which has lower bio availability, lower nicotine content and hits the system way slower compared to smoking or vaping which is why you haven't experienced any negative side effects

Yes, I use Velo's. I've not felt a proper buzz in a long time and only get when I smoke/vape, but when I do that, I feel sick and sluggish all day long. Absolutely rapes my body. Chasing the feeling of nicotine is the bigger issue because you'll just keep going further lengths to achieve it. I don't really care about the feeling itself; I do it because it increases my focus and awareness.
