Some research suggests that nicotine may negatively affect muscle growth and some others says it helps you with hitting your growth and muscle mass and it also helps without your height

i read some researches about nicotine its acctually good to intake just the way you taking it affects
i mostly vape nowdays and smoke ciggs but i have seen some good effects on me

pros
1:it actually helped me focusing on my study and work career i use a dose of 50mg nic liquid juice
2:Nicotine can affect muscle growth primarily by interfering with how cells make proteins necessary for muscle repair
Nicotine can reduce testosterone production, which is really bad but there isnt enought researches about that
3: some researches says that nic can help with your growth hormone and getting taller (with normal sleep)
4: relives stress

cons
1: can affect your lungs but im pretty sure once u leave it for 6 months atleast your lungs starts reparing itselfs
2:Although medical studies about vaping show that there are no negative health effects, the information is not substantial because vaping is a new phenomenon, there is no enough data about it

just let me know if this is wrong or not i dont really care about hating or any shit just discuss

forgot to say about smoking cheap liquids or unkown stuff wont really help of any of this shit and will just fuck your lungs up

isnt everything risky nowdays? if you live in a city you are gen cooked as fuck breathing toxics here as well and eating proc food / fast food everything is risky if you think about it

i cant do the same but i mostly buy all my meat and chicken from local butchers she is a great lady just a bit overpriced if u compared to the other prices in egypt

bro ive been smoking since 14 (on and off since 12) and please let me just say dont fucking start smoking for any of these benefits if somebody is planning on it. it fucking sucks to quit, and everything is theoretical especially with vaping. do it cause you want to, thats what i did

Nicotine can positively affect development if you don't over do it. Its has beneficial male hormonal affects that are insignificant but cause compound affect.

-Aromatise inhibiting affects and slower break down of dht .

-Less test turns into estrogen = more test ( insignificant very mild )
-Slower dht break down due to its affects on enzymes that break down androgens = More dht ( still mild and insignificant )

Both affects are mild but together compound to have worth while affects. You could research that yourself. Most sources say its insignificant and will lower test from long term use, but in my opinion if u don't over do it u get noticeable benefits.

Ever since i started smoking my jaw has developed the most just from more circulating dht but also natural development. (Im on gh peptide but only when I started smoking I saw real jaw development.)

Biggest issue with nicotine is bad blood flow, especially to bones/growth plates and also muscle. Cialis counters it alot tho. Sleep disruption from stimulant affects but also blunts gh pulse.

-Always avoid 2 hours post training (you don't want worse blood flow than).
-Can be good for pre-workout via cns stimulation similar to caffeine.
-Good for when you want better focus.
-always avoid at least 2 hours before bed.
-Only in morning is best option when test is naturally highest it will have a worthy hormonal affects as long as you don't over do it.

I guess just always make sure you have a good reason to supplement with nicotine.

Cigs worse option due to combustion, vapes next with no combustion but still going in lungs, snus/gums are best option nothing going in lunges just cleaner delivery. Idk alot about nic liquid juice but if u take a snus its not best to swallow as nic will irritate gut. nic liquid juice could cause the same thing, just a guess tho.

I don't like vapes and snus cuz it feels chemically nasty. that's why I prefers cigs but am dabbling with nic gum now which is a good way to overall get less combustion from smoking.

admiring your work and yea acc the issue is its bad for blood flow and prob can make your blood pressue a little hight
