Hi everyone, I'd like to share my strange experience with you. On December 24, 2024, I experienced severe nicotine poisoning. I was 15 years old at the time and loved nicotine pouches. It started innocently, 10-20mg of snus, 1-2 a day. I switched from vaping to pouches. Over time, I increased the strength until I reached 50mg around December 20th. The 24th was a rather stressful day, and since these were the only snus I had on hand, I took them. That day, I took about 7 snus (Pablo, Zeus, Iceberg). Between 9 PM and midnight, I took the last one around 3 AM, and at 12:30 AM, that's when it all started. As I slowly fell asleep, I experienced sudden jolts throughout my body. I didn't know what was happening. My heart was pounding like never before, and I felt a sharp convulsion, but I ignored it. While trying to calm down and go back to sleep, I felt even stronger electrical currents traveling from my chest through practically my entire body. I had a violent panic attack, my heart rate rising to 120mmHg one moment, then 50mmHg the next, and so on. My godfather helped me and told me to drink plenty of water. I couldn't sleep until 6 a.m., my heart racing, the electrical currents constantly traveling through my body, and I had difficulty breathing. Over the next few days, I had adrenaline rushes, breathing problems, shocks, spikes, and very significant drops in blood pressure. Sometimes I felt my heart pounding, other times it practically stopped. My vision would blur, and then I would literally go black and lose my balance. Needless to say, I haven't touched that crap since then, and I never will. It's been six months since then, and any vigorous physical activity, stress, caffeine, and nicotine cause chest pain. My EKG is fine, and my blood pressure is fine, but I most likely have hypersensitive coronary arteries and a deregulated sympathetic nervous system. Tell me what I should do and what you think about this debilitating situation? (btw, my girlfriend left me after 3 years of relationship and went to someone else, I saw her every day but never mind, maybe I'll open up in another post:) I was in shock and only a month had passed since then, I lived in stress 24/7, I had a very poor lifestyle and I didn't get enough sleep at night)

Sugar helps. Nicotine ”overdose” worse than meth
