I was smoking and vaping to social maxx but realized how those activities can fuck up my health (cigs mainly). Due to that, I started using pouches, how bad they are? I have been taking them because they help me focus, and with coffee, I'm fucking unstoppable. I heard they can cause worsened teeth quality, gum destruction, and collagen problems, are those true?
