How does nicotine affect your body as a teenager, for example a teenager smoking for 2 years and a teenager using nicotine pouches, does it also affect physical appearance?

I smoked cigarettes 13-15.?, did nothing for me and I doubt it changed my bone-structure even 0.1 mm, maybe gave me worse skin and during smoking you can have a scratchy voice but I didn't acquire any permanent depth

One thing they'll affect in light of physical appearance is leanness for some but any stimulant you are addicted to produces the same effect of appetite suppression

I read a study a couple of months ago that nicotine indirectly damages growth plates, the apetite suppression isnt really working for me tho.
I don't smoke anymore, i use pouches as a replacement and i might stop that too

Just wanted to know if it has a negative effect

If you do like dipping then you can fuck up your lip because of how much people are showing up but from my experience at least no physical problems in the lip for normal nicotine pouches.

I heard about one study on about how it does something negative to your brain during development but seemed like a slop study from what i could see.

You can most likely keep on using them without any real problems.

Nicotine can positively affect development if you dont over do it. The hormonal affects it has are insignificant but cause compound affect.

Aromatise inhibiting affects and slower break down of dht .

Less test turns into more estrogen = more test ( insignificant very mild )
Slower dht break down due to its affects on enzymes that break down androgens = More dht ( still mild and insignificant )

Both affects are mild but together compound to have worth while affects.

Only issue with nicotine is bad blood flow, especially to bones and growth plates.

But if you only have nicotine in morning when test is naturally highest it will have a worthy affect over time as long as you don't over do it.

Only in morning is best option. Always avoid around training and before food.

Cigs worse option due to combustion, vapes next with no combustion but still going in lungs, snus/gums are best option nothing going in lunges just cleaner delivery.

I don't like vapes and snus cuz it feels chemically nasty. thats why I prefers cigs but am dabbling with nic gum now which is a good way to overall get less combustion from smoking,
