I’m severely addicted to nic and have been for about 2 years now
Found out a couple weeks ago it severely affects osteogenesis and decreases osteoblast activity/increasing osteoclast activity
Ive tried to quit many time but just can’t
Must have lost so much progress over ts it’s so over for me
