if you just use some minoxidil the balding effect from nicotine wont really be there

Nicotine a vasoconstricer meaning less blood flow to your scalp therefore causing hair thinning/balding

you just need something to increase the blood flow to your scalp, use a 1.5mm dermaroller or stamp and topical minoxidil and should be good to go, if you also are receding from other things add finasteride and maybe RU58841, mark as solution its the check mark on the right

I’m already on oral minox and fin pre using nicotine but haven't been using a derma roller should I add that to the rotation along with topical minoxidil and RU58841?

Dermastamp is better I'm pretty sure, 1.5mm is probably the best length for the needles and as for the RU it depends on what causes you the norwood, its good for androgenic alopecia, not sure if it does much for blood flow though
