Too much salt in your diet. Or you could just be a fat fuck. Or you could be naturally prone to storing fat in your cheeks.
 
Yeah just get lean
 
but still.. weightloss is going too slow... i only lost 2 kgs should lose 10 more

Do a week long water only fast. Then fast regularly. Fat is a hormone issue so dont beat urself over it so much.

Take a LITTLE bit of dandelion (too much can serioously f u up), eat vegan and drink a lot of kombucha.

I'll lose all muscle? Or muscle doesn't burn whilr fasting???

You lose both fat and muscle. More fat than muscle. But you go into ketosis which improves your body and repairs a lot, including your diet! (You will even think raw broccoli taste like the best thing eaten). Face fat is water weight and u lose that when fasting but what's important is the refeed when u regain it.

Also, Id doubt you make it to 6+days, so you can just do workouts while fasting and supercharge your body.

When refeeding, 45-70 g of clean and quality protein in multiple sittings a day in high volume since body can only absorb about that much per sitting. I treat long fasting times like a hard reset. Resets your gut biome, your eating habits, your water weight, and your system. It also acts as a self diagnosis. Refeed clean and high protein with low to no carbs and gymmax. Supplement with dandelion for a week or so and drink kombucha
