Nigga i have been so depressed lately

I have bee lately feeling so shit especially when I'm at school i hate everything at school the teachers my friends everyone i used to think before ahh i ascend and then my life would improve at school and everywhere but now i have just developed body dysmorphia and i dont believe in ascending how do i explain to normal people and therapists that im depressed because i keep getting cucked by taller chads and i have to ascend to htn for improvement of life quality
