bro i cant stop eating + ive got a really bad sugar addiction
i swear the way im addicted to sugar its like how a cokehead needs his crack
seriously if i dont get sugar or some type of insulin spike, i start going crazy and cant think about anything else but getting my sugar levels back
also all the food in my house is generally all processed and shitty none of this stuff is good for losing.
