i swear the way im addicted to sugar its like how a cokehead needs his crack

seriously if i dont get sugar or some type of insulin spike, i start going crazy and cant think about anything else but getting my sugar levels back

also all the food in my house is generally all processed and shitty none of this stuff is good for losing.

the food addiction is real, im pretty sure for some people specific foods can give them dopamine spikes close to mild drugs iirc

all you gotta do is go 1-2 weeks absolutely perfect, no messing up and your body will adjust and you will have way less urges, those are definitely the hardest weeks though

very good advice. the same way you get addicted to dirty eating, you can get addicted to clean eating.

im not sure if it would count as an "eating disorder", but I've been dieting for so long i can barely touch unclean/processed food.
