implants seem the best option then
i only got full filler treatment once about 5 months ago...thank God my metabolism is such that it has already mostly dissolved

In the after picture he is jutting the jaw forwards, whereas in before the head angle is more downwards.
Looks like they put quite alot of filler in his upper lip as well. Anyways- this is the result 10 minutes after filling the face up, after a couple of days everything will look like a bloaty mess. Fillers just dont ascend, otherwise all these celebrities would look like models. Instead they end up removing everything, because it jus tmakes them look bloaty. (pillowface)
Effron and Cruise descended with filler as well.
