I think you guys are confusing wrists and forearms, I know that the wrists themselves cannot but grown unless through puberty or possibly hgh, but in terms of muscle, you cannot grow them, but you may grow your forearms

Increases in tendon size and vascularity can go a long way. But bodybuilding is just proportions, building the forearm and especially the flexors will add contour. Wrist size is pretty much irrelevant, it looks bad because it's flat.
