if we're accounting for poor/unoccupied/less technologically advanced countries and cities, overall you'd expect not more than 25 org users per city and maybe over 3000 per country (and obv more depending on country (like india)) worldwide.

f you're living in a city with, say 60000 people (small town size), that's already only 0.033%-0.041% of people.

in a city of 10k-50k people there's a possibility there's 0 users at all.
