All that stuff destroys dopamine receptors. Problem is, it's an easy way to cope for most subhumans. I've been trying hard to escape that cycle, but it's hard AF when you are subhuman. Porn blockers are carrying me through nofap right now tho.

But everytime you get sad you just want to go back to those instant gratification dopamine releasing activities. I can't really fault anyone that can't escape this cycle.

Changing your lifestyle is extremely hard, and your enviornment and genetics caused this situation for you, it wasn't their fault. Being depressed is bad enough, than you have to go out in public and worry about people judging you 24/7 seeing people get what you can't have all because of genetics out of your control. It's devastating towards motivation when you have to work 100x harder to lifemaxx when other undeserving fags are handed everything to them on a silver platter. You have to fight against negative thoughts others have implanted within your mind for YEARS and then you have to defeat your own EGO aswell. The struggle is just too much for most to overcome.

Once you hit hypnotic rhythm in unproductivity, your chances of ascending are less than 1%. No magical being is going to wave a wand and save you. Your all on your own to figure it out
