If you provide scans, he'll give you in-depth advice, and he will hook you up with other gatekept surgeons on par with — if not better/safer than — Ramieri, capable of communicating properly, and charging only half of Ramieri's prices. Save as much of your hard-earned money as possible, be it for another surgical project or for other stuff.

In all seriousness I'm no surgeon just a dental student, all I do is pattern recognition and know about jaw surgery movements please do consult surgeons and if you want a second opinion feel free to DM me; so far ive helped a couple people by talking them out of djs entirely or suggesting slight alterations to their plans for a better outcome
