Niggas who see therapists do you tell them everything?

I have some really dark and strange thoughts sometimes. Sometimes I have weird memories and interactions - regrets, past traumas and even desires. I guess therapists really need to know this right?

I really wouldn't want to disclose them to anyone. I would rather take them to them to the grave. In fact I don't even dare say them on here. I don't mind saying certain things: Like having a fantasy of wanting to have sex with a 10 foot giantess with a big fat ass. But I would stop at this level of shamefulness.
