Blacks do stick together but only when an outsider comes. They are like yo you look at what that white guy did. We gotta look out for our kind yo but the other 95% of the time they are busy robbing, bullying and killing people of their own race. No. There's a racial angle to this aswell. Upbringing, environment, family values race they are all inter connected. Like for instance there's always been a population of very poor white people in Arkansas, Mississippi, West Virginia, Appalachia, Ozark mountains but they don't commit crimes nearly as much as blacks. When you look at something when it comes to racial stats you don't view them in isolation

because there is always a level of nuance. Population density along the Appalachian ridge is no where near as high as black urban centres, history of the CIA invoked crack epidemic etc; i could go on and on but i see no point in arguing politics and sociology on an online forum.
