People world wide should have to expect something like this happening from some rando any time if they try to rob or murder. Would be a much better place.

I think if some dudes roll up to someone on a motorbike and execute them in places like Brazil they should expect every random person in the area, teenagers and seniors included, to immediately produce firearms of their own and kill them in turn. Anyone who's in the act of murdering or attempting to rob another person should be executed by the nearest random person without warning.
