Just get portable ac for the room. Make sure the exhaust thingy that goes outside is not just hanging out the window with a big gap so air can come in again, you have to make sure to seal that area, then I’ll work quite well. And get a powerful one, not the basic ones which can barely cool a closet. And never buy swamp coolers those are cope, only proper ac will work. If you are poor then best option is just a good fan.
