feels like life has lost all colour, that there is a blanket of grey in front my eyes. nothing matters anymore, even things that used to give me joy. life has lost its meaning, i have lost my faith in an optimistic future, faith in relationships, just mindless hedonism gives me temporary joy without which i am numb with the occasional burst of emotion at random

Hypothetically, if nihilism was a sound ideology then the rational conclusion would be indifference, not anything negative (ie depression). Idk I think your brain is just having a neurotic episode and said feelings are clouding your judgement, cure is unironically waiting a few weeks or if it's bad enough, a large dose of psilocybin to rewire your brain and ontologically shock you.
