Mirin plastic surgery results. When I become a old cel I will implement a good botox regime.

But for now to create a natural looking result I stick to sunscreen, retino every other dayl, vitamin b complex with a separate high dose of vitamin b 3 , collagen supplements, and take superfood powders which combine a fuck ton of fruits and vegetables along with cocoa powder ( not the baking one but the raw organic one ) and green tea extract for free radical damage prevention

I also avoid completely any tanning, and hardly ever drink alcohol, and avoid sugar ( causes glycation which causes aging ).

I also take magnesium and zinc to reduce my stress and improve my sleep, and do exercise 3 times a week with High Intensity interval training twice a week.


We will see if it works. But if Not I got botox as well as the fact that my parents who did jack shit in anti aging still look a decade younger at least.
