Dead thread though this was something that also came to mind despite the meme of "Indians who can pass as MED". I feel the reason why Nikki's looks stand out from your average light skinned Indian is that her bone structure as well as fat pads are very robust. Her midface is very wide as well as her jaw, her chin is very tall and although her upper third doesn't appear to be the tallest, it certainly doesn't look short. Most curries suffer from short lower thirds even if their jaws are defined giving a rather boxy bobblehead appearance, foreheads are often short looking sloped, giving off the look of an underdeveloped cranium, curry faces aren't that narrow though Nikki's seems to stand out in wideness. Caucasian skulls tend to be rather tall and defined with faces usually being wide.

The second thing that stands out is her fatpads, most ethnics have shit fat storage which often results in buggy curry orbitals whilst Nikki's eyes are very heavily shielded by a layer of fat. I can only assume that colder climates call for more fat storage and hotter climates for less which is why we see strong fat pads in Whites and East Asians but exposed orbitals in most brown to black populations so robust fat pad storage will often give a more Caucasian appearance. Funnily enough her children inherited their father's lack of fatpad storage giving them a more classical Indian eye area whilst Nikki's eye fat is so pronounced that her eyes look sunken in creating a more Euro appearance.

As for genetic makeup. I've no idea about foreign influence or if said foreign influence is recent rather than ancient. Her parents don't look as non-Indian as she does though it seems like she inherited her mom's facial robustness paired with her father's robust fat pads for a lucky genetic recomb.

Random Bollywood celeb who shares the same Indian ethnicity though I still feel this look is atypical even for this subset of Indian.

I was going to mention Asians had wider skulls though I didn't feel it added much to the discussion. I just wanted to note that Caucasian skulls tend to be wide themselves or at least noticeably wider than most brown skulls with North African arabs in particular having unfortunately narrow faces whilst what often differentiates an lighter Iranian and an average to swarthier Southern Europen who otherwise share the same colouring is that the former will rarely have bones wide enough to be defined paired with lacking fat storage whereas their European counterparts tend to look a bit more robust.
