Nina Dobrev and how PSL is flawed

Nina Dobrev is proof PSL ratings don’t necessarily reflect attractiveness/appeal. Many here would rate her MTB or HTB because of her “neotenous face” or “weak eye area” but to me and many others she’s peak female beauty.
For all practical purposes she’s at least stacylite to me.
