Hey everyone,
Today I want to share a method that I came up with. Maybe someone has already thought of something similar before—I honestly don’t know—but I haven’t seen anyone talk about it, so I decided to share my experience. I’ll also attach before-and-after photos.
I call it the “Nipple Method.”
The main goal of this method is to improve forward growth. I should mention that I also combined it with neck training, good posture, and hard mewing, so my final results were most likely due to all of these factors working together.
The idea behind this method is to train the deep muscles of the tongue. In theory, this can reduce the fullness under the chin and make the jawline appear sharper and more defined.
I believe that many people today have underdeveloped deep tongue muscles because breastfeeding is often stopped too early or replaced entirely with bottle feeding. That gave me the idea to create an exercise that mimics this natural sucking motion.
Here’s how to do it:
If you’re doing it correctly, you should start feeling fatigue or a burning sensation in the deep tongue muscles after about two minutes. Don’t stop there, though—the goal isn’t to build maximum strength, but muscular endurance.
Personally, I did this exercise for around six hours a day while I was at school.
I started noticing the first changes after about two weeks of doing it consistently. The most noticeable, final results appeared after roughly two months.
That’s pretty much it. I hope this helps someone. I’d be interested to hear if anyone else tries it and gets similar results.

Here’s how to do it:
- Create the strongest tongue suction hold (vacuum) you can by pressing your entire tongue firmly against the roof of your mouth.
- Imagine there’s a nipple between your tongue and your palate.
- Start mimicking the sucking motion that babies make while breastfeeding.
