In, want to know as well. It's good in the sense that improved blood flow is good. For instance, cialis proven to increase muscle gains, skin health, hair growth, etc. But I know on the Ray Peat forums they say Nitric Oxide is a major cause of aging, and their reasoning is pretty solid too
