I need a genuine fix for Nasolabial folds.

Some people say pdo threads, some say fat dissolvers and some say paranasal implants

Need help please I’m starting to develop them already

Prolly like 15-16% but they were still there at 10%

I think it’s due to recessed canine fossa

its most likely this if youve always had them + oversized malar fat pads
mine dont even disappear when i pull my skin up, that area is still hollow
pyriform fossa filler results look great im only concerned with migration

I think the best fix would be a combination of implants with far dissolvers.

Or implants + pdo threads if they’re not cope

Filler migration in that area might be death tier bloatcel face tbh

noone would do fat dissolvers in that area for you + very easy to hit an artery
i dont think anyone even does those bumass implants i couldnt find any good info on them, threads is cope too
filler results look very good when placed on bone but again migration

I’ve read that’s they’re decently common in Asian countries which makes sense. Have you seen anything on fat grafts instead of filler?

yes that can be done too, will look into it. filler is very tempting though, it replicates bone well but likely not a good solution long term.

Botox might be necessary if you’re really worried about migration. I know it can restrict facial movements but I don’t want to look aspie when trying to smile

you can do fat grafts to nasofolds too its cheap and results look like filler + its permanent
