Realized this today

Waas walking on the street with two friends and we bumped on some political activists trying to make their propaganda for the upcoming elections
But the one who seemed ready to harass me took a pause when he looked at my face and was like "wait a minute, are you even of age to vote?" and I answered "No I'm 17" and thankfully he let me down
Of course I had a dopamin rush from the validation of having glowing youthful prettyboy skin, my friends noticed and were confused as to why I didn't feel insulted

And I definitely have never had this happen to me personally.
