no aegyo sal = bad eye area?

everyone I've seen with good eye area has it yet here's the thing me and opry dont have it and I'd say our eye area is good (I get glazed for it) now not to compare my eye area is opry level its just regular almond eyes but I was wondering what does "flat" or no under eye fold indicates because usually its a bad sign & is good eye & no aegyo sal a common thing and I just dont notice it or smthing
