This is not meant to racebait but I was curious and looked at the top 100 chess players currently and there is not a single person there who is african or is from african descent. Does this mean africans are inferior to other races in terms of intelligence?

Depends, in country like africa they don't have that much craze for chess, and I have seen a black dude who is IM(international master) with a rating of 2600 in chess.com

Like india has a huge craze and popularity for chess
This is why so many Indian youngsters are getting into it and are doing well

well out of 1.5 billion people you would expect atleast a couple of top grandmasters. There is a GM who is egyptian but he does not make the top 100
