I felt the same when I took it first time! Baclofen needs higher doses when taken alone! I took it up to 100mg

Tbh if you are an adult, it's impossible to change your whole brain chemistry overnight, unless you take a drug that causes neurogenesis and then expose yourself to everything you hate!

Without low inhibition and high extroversion nothing really matters. I can work the hardest, buy the biggest house, have the nicest car but if I’m not comfortable around other people to enjoy those accomplishments it’s pointless.

I see so many people that aren’t perfect physically but the rules almost don’t apply to them bc they are socially so well adjusted.

As the title says, I will teach you guys from my research and my personal experience how to stop being a bitch and achive that low inhib state that you are looking for! It's kind of the sad truth and some of you won't like it, but if you don't expose a lot to your fears you will always stay high inhib, and the solutions that I am going to present aren't a permanent solution, they are a quick fix, just how alchool is to some people!
Most people will say to take benzos or drink alchool and they aren't wrong, but we live in fucking 2025 and it's such a stupid move to still use those when you have so many other options! Gaba A is not good to mess with because it heals super slow and it makes you super sloopy, I mean you always see those stupid drunk guys that do stupid shit! In the future I will make a thread about how to permanently cure anxiety or at least lower the amount of anxiety that some of you feel daily without making you addicted to stupid drugs!
In the first place I have to tell you that it depends in what circumstance you want to achive low inhib because there are different types of low inhibitions, that type where you are a bit stupid and careless low inhib or lucid low inhib!That's for you to choose!

A short list of the things you need:
1)Lyrica

2)Baclofen

3)Propranolol

For clubbing/a night out you have 2 choices you either take lyrica(pregabalin) alone in doses ranging from 300-600mg, altough in my case to really feel smth I need 600mg, going over 600mg is not recommended, altough it can make you more low inhib, it can also give you a seizure, so be careful!
Or you can be smarter, experiment and find your sweet spot for lryica+baclofen, a good exemple is 450mg lyrica and at least 50mg baclofen, this will lower your inhibitions and will kind of make you euphoric and improve your mood!This combinations is basically phenibut supercharged on tren because lyrica is selective in its binding to the α2δ VGCC subunits, and baclofen is a gaba B agonist while phenibut is mostly a gaba B agonist like baclofen, but still inhibits α2-δ subunits of presynaptic VGCC to a small degree, but not as strong as lyrica, making it a shitty option in terms of what I have just recommended! And let's not forget about the sleep you will get, you will sleep like a baby for like 10hours, waking up refreshed, not hangover!I want to mention that personally I haven't used lyrica or lyrica+baclofen more than 3 times a week, I tried to use it as little as possible, so I wouldn't personally take it more than twice a week, once a week is optimal, in my opinion!
If you want to take things to extreme and you are such a high inhib pussy after using these, you can add a low dose of propranolol, like 10mg, to make it impossible to enter that fight or flight stupid mode if you are too much of a bitch to cold aproach for exemple!But it's not very recommended because it can lower blood pressure too much, so use it at your own risk!

Now let's talk for day to day life, I don't advice people to take propranolol daily because it can decrease melatonin production(so it's good to supplement with melatonin on those days) and the shittiest side effect for us looksmaxers is that it can cause telogen effluvium if used long term, but don't be scared if you use it sparingly, it apparently increases cortisol because somehow our shitty bodies want to stay in homestasis! On those days after propranolol starts leaving the body, you could take rhodiola rosea or l theanine to try and lower the cortisol spike, but again don't be scared if you don't use it daily! Now I want to ask you guys, have you ever seen those guys in movies that do bad things and they are calm asf under pressure no matter what?That's exactly how you will feel, dangerously calm, kind of like a psychopath! This med blocks adrenaline and it was the only thing that made me act super calm while having arguments with other people otherwise my heart would have raced and I would have entered fight or flight mode! A good dose would be 40mg, I don't suggest more than 80mg, it's enough, but the bad thing is that you won't feel its effects for more than 4-6 hours!To sum it up if you have bad moralities and you want to do smth that you are scared, with propranolol it's like brushing your teeth!You will be surprised because you are used for your heart to race, but with this nope, it's awsome!
